Do you charge a planning fee?

At GG Luxury Travel, we believe in building partnerships with our clients based on trust and providing a personable, high-touch experience. Our travel planning fee ensures that we can dedicate our time and expertise to our GG Globetrotters. Rates are dependent upon the complexity of your trip and destination. Your GG Luxury Travel Advisor will quote your travel planning fee during or after the initial consultation. Travel planning fees are due upon hiring and are non-refundable.

If I have my flights and hotels, can I still work with you to create an itinerary?

To ensure a seamless process and an enhanced experience for all parties involved, we require that accommodations be booked through our team. Regarding flights, our team specializes in finding flights that work well with your itinerary and can book those for you. However, we are also happy for you to book your flights on your own.
